Job Description
Qualification:
Min graduation, preferably English Hons.

- Design comprehensive and innovative instructional sound training solutions for various learning interventions including web-based modules, instructor-led training, blended learning, documentation, gamification, simulations and SCORM-compliant training solutions, effectively incorporating technological, pedagogical, and instructional designing practices
- Support presales to work on RFPs, RFQs, proposals, approach notes and create PoCs and wireframes
- Analyse training needs and develop programs that maximize knowledge transfer by aligning recognized best practices of instructional theory with business strategies
- Write and review storyboards, wireframes, final outputs, and peer work and improvise it within the scope of work
- Knowledge of UXD
- Ability to apply instructional theories to a variety of contexts
- Possess strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills
- Maintain successful client relationships to manage various accounts and increase revenue
- Customize processes to make them more efficient for the successful execution of each project
- Gather and document project requirements to carve project-specific guidelines
- Possess sound knowledge of the latest technology and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate and Vyond to leverage design and clients requirements
- Aware of common LMSs
- Adapt changing project scenarios and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Work as a team player with a positive attitude
