Pre-Sales Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre -Sales Lead with Arrow Powertech Pvt Ltd. located in Ahmedabad. As a Pre -Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing, managing and executing the Pre-sales function for the company's technical portfolio. You will also support team of sales representatives and partner teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, technical compliance for the RFQ, tenders and Large Bids. We are a small, aggressive market driven team with individuals owning businesses and looking for someone who can do just the same.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a Pre- Sales Lead with a proven track record.
• Experience in the power electronics industry and understanding of the Indian government procurement process
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proven success in working seamlessly in a small sales team
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
