Role & responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Generation of new business opportunity, new account acquisition, market development.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify and explore new business opportunities.
Collaborate with our technical team to tailor solutions to client needs.
Monitor sales performance and report to senior management.
Preferred candidate profile :
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation or related sectors.
Experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
Ability to analyse and suggest equipment as per application.
Ability to demonstrate and conduct trials at client side or in worldwide exhibitions.
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
Industry Preference: Industrial automation, material handling equipment, conveyor manufacturing, food machinery manufacturing, packaging machinery manufacturing.
