3. Key Objectives of the Job
Ensure impactful communication to achieve organizational goals by executing comprehensive communication plans. This includes designing effective campaigns, creating engaging content, and disseminating across mass and digital media platforms.
Guide the team to consistently produce high-quality, accurate and relevant content that aligns with the organisation s messaging and strategic objectives.
4. Major Deliverables The major responsibilities are:
Contribute to and co-create the communications strategy that aligns with the organization s mission, strategy, and goals.
Oversee all external communications , including print, digital media, social media, and events, ensuring consistent messaging.
Conceptualize, design, and implement impactful campaigns , tailored to key stakeholders/audiences and aligned with organizational objectives.
Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of communication plans from start to finish.
Establish or refine systems and processes to ensure the smooth execution of communications initiatives.
Mentor and manage the communications team , providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
Regularly monitor and analyse performance metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Write, edit, proofread, and review content , keeping in mind the needs and preferences of the target audience/stakeholders.
Lead internal communications efforts to enhance employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals.

Manage and oversee dynamic and multifaceted communications tasks, particularly with sensitivity to the issue of child sexual abuse.
6. Specialized job competencies
Strong understanding of the media and communications landscape.
High result orientation, with the ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, budget, and timelines, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Excellent content writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics, and content strategies to enhance outreach and engagement.
Proven track record in managing and leading a communications team.
7. Educational Qualification
Post-graduation / Master s degree in Communications / Media / Marketing / Public Relations
8. Desired Experience
10-15 years of experience in communications
9. Other desired attributes
Prior experience of working in the social impact space is desirable but not a must.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders, including media, NGOs, government agencies, and internal teams.
Ability to align communication efforts with broader organizational goals and adapt strategies as needed.
10. Location Mumbai 11. Salary range Rs. 90,000 per month above + Travel + Therapeutic + Training Allowance
