Job Description

Territory Management:
To get best out of area by mapping Area/Territory with planning on Geographical Segmentation.
Lead Enquiry Generation:
To Visit market daily with Prospects potential Planning to create Develop prospect base on a regular basis and identify, classify, prioritize through market Research by data collection and analysis to covert them to sale.
Sales Marketing Activities:
Perform Sales Promotional Activities like E mail, E Brochure, Industry meet, Campaign, Architect/ PMC/ Builders meet and to create brand awareness and Identify Target Groups, to generate enquiries from them and Convert into a Sale.
Quotation/ Order Management:
To prepare customized quotation based on customer requirement with techno commercial/ cost/ drawing details along with terms and conditions as applicable. To follow up with customer and convert into order and process the order as per the procedure defined in the company. (Process Sub process)
Sales Collection Management:
To plan monthly, weekly product wise, segment wise target in BSP sheet and achieve sales collection targets.
Customer Compliant Management Satisfaction:
To attend to all customer compliant with proper solution follow with respective department and complete the work to the fullest satisfaction of the customers. To Uphold values of AROSTAR Values in demonstrating superiority of AROSTAR Products benefits, passionate to Offer personalized services to the customer in every Customer interaction.
Team Player:
To Maintain co-operative, motivated and successful team orientation with CFT in order to help facilitate good customer experience to achieve CSI/SSI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • To generate enquiries, through Filed visit Marketing activities, in identified Target segment and convert them into a Sale
  • To achieve and Increase Electrical Panels/System control Products Sales Targets/COLLECTION target weekly/Monthly.
  • To be a team player to support and coordinate with production(factory) to uphold Arostar company Values and deliver a delightful Customer satisfaction.
  • To increase the customer base and penetrate in to market potential and achieve market growth in identified segments
  • To Sell to the customer effectively using the defined Sales Process, and convince customer to buy Arostar Electrical engineering products.
  • To poses good communication skill, profound Electrical Product Knowledge, company/market/Competitors
  • To follow AROSTAR sales process, Enquiry generation, Selling process /persuasion skills; Territory management.
  • To perform Sales marketing promotional Activities E mail, E Brochure, Industry meet, Campaign, Architect/ PMC/ /Electrical contractors/Builders and generate lead/enquiries.
  • All Behavioural Competency Courtesy, politeness, friendliness, trust, empathy with customer, colleague and peers.
  • Willingness to travel and flair to meet challenges to have strong minded approach to achieve monthly quarterly/yearly target.
Roles
