Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve targets for assigned territory.
  
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in sales & marketing or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
  
• Master's degree in any specialisation (M.B.A/M.Sc(Science)).
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in English language required.
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to work independently; self-motivated individual desired.
