Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in the bulk essential oils wholesale and export industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and selling our range of essential oils to wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers globally. This position requires a strong understanding of the essential oils market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new clients (wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers) via cold calls, emails, and other online channels.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, explaining the benefits and applications of bulk essential oils in various industries (e.g., aromatherapy, cosmetics, etc.).
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions, promoting our range of high-quality essential oils and related products.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat orders, and customer loyalty.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and logistics, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability. Close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Order Management: Assist clients with order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment, accurate invoicing, and smooth logistics.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the companys product offerings, including essential oils, blends, and related products, to effectively communicate their benefits and uses.
  • Market Research: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help identify new sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics, marketing, and production teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Export Sales Support: Provide support for export sales processes, assisting with documentation, shipping logistics, and communication with international clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the wholesale or export industry (2+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of essential oils, aromatherapy, or related industries is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage international clients and build strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Experience managing international sales and dealing with shipping, import/export regulations, and related documentation.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and communicate the value of bulk essential oils and their various applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple clients and orders simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in bulk essential oils, aromatherapy products, or the fragrance/cosmetic manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of export regulations, logistics, and international sales processes.
  • Experience with B2B sales, especially in the wholesale and export sectors.
