E Commerce Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Content Management:
• Systematically manage digital content, including catalog titles, descriptions, content, and keywords.
• Research and update product details, specifications, and images.
• Ensure all pages, pricing, products, and content are up to date and accurate.
• Optimize product listings over time, focusing on descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance sales.
• E-commerce Platform Management:
• Work with raw data to upload products and make them live on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and AJIO.
• Oversee and execute the entire product listing process, including cataloging, inventory management, and pricing.
• Regularly coordinate with e-commerce marketplace support teams to incorporate their suggestions to optimize listings and drive sales.
• SEO & Advertising:
• Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings on e-commerce platforms.
• Manage ROI-based advertisements on e-commerce marketplaces.
• Utilize tools like Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Keywords to enhance product exposure.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
• Conduct regular audits of listings to spot errors and update accordingly.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate and share reports on e-commerce performance, including analytics and sales data.
• Tool Proficiency:
• Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Flex, Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF.
• Familiarity with e-commerce advertising strategies on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, Macros) and e-commerce tools like Helium 10, Amazon Pi, and Amazon Global Selling.
• Experience with creating A+ content, brand stories, and brand stores on Amazon.
• Manage deals and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to create 1-by-1 and bulk listings using flat files.

• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and capable of aligning catalogs with platform capabilities and guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Make recommendations for product catalog enhancements based on market research.
• Focus on improving the overall customer experience by ensuring a user-friendly and informative catalog.
• Gather and respond to customer feedback related to product information and presentation.
• Previous experience with creating and optimizing product listings for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
