Team Lead - Hosting Support

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Systems Engineer to oversee a team of engineers providing web hosting support and server administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong Linux background, leadership experience, and expertise in troubleshooting complex server-related issues. The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of hosted systems, as well as mentoring and guiding the team.

Experience: 10+ Years in Web Hosting Support / Server Administration

Location: Kochi, Infopark

Technical Expertise:-

• Strong Linux knowledge.
• Expert knowledge of web hosting control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin.
• Hands-on experience working with Bare Linux Servers.
• Strong knowledge of mail servers (QMail, Exim, Postfix).
• Experience with web servers like Apache and Nginx.
• Virtualization experience (OpenVZ, Xen Server, KVM).
• Cloud experience preferred (OpenStack, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience in server hardening, tweaking, and security fixes.
• Expertise in server/website migrations.
• Knowledge of RAID systems (hardware/software).
• Proficiency in handling disaster recovery, spamming, DDoS, and hacking issues.
• Strong knowledge of web servers, mail servers, DNS, FTP, and SSH.
