Role & responsibilities

This role is purely into Financial sales and will be the baby steps towards a strong career in Wealth Management.

• Primary Focus for the first 18 months would be adding Broking clients through our Broking partner Zerodha.
• Other Financial Products distribution can be done as a cross selling exercise once a relationship with the client is established.
• The role will give an overview of Wealth management industry and the techniques to identify and approach prospective clients.
• The role will give you the satisfaction of winning the clients to receive high incentives on achieving certain targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of Capital Markets is a plus.
• Should be ready to perform the role of Sales Manager.
• Having experience as a Financial advisor or wealth manager is an added advantage.
• Having NISM certifications for research, securities distribution is an advantage.
• Should be hungry to learn continuously about the current economy and capital markets.
• Should be ready to work for 6 Days a week.
• Should be comfortable in communication in English or Hindi and confident of striking conversations with prospects.
• Should be comfortable in using social media platforms like LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, X(Formerly Twitter) to identify and approach prospects.

• The Role will initially involve a 3 months Training and Probation period with a Monthly Stipend of INR 15,000/-
• Based on the performance during the training period, the Annual salary and incentive structure while converting to full time role.
• Eligible for Performance bonus after Half-Yearly review
• Predominantly Work-from-Home with occasional client visits
• Faster Knowledge transition working directly with the Managing Partner having more than 16+ Years of experience in the Wealth Management & Investment Banking industry.
