Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders for services and products, to company guidelines and approval processes.
• Monitor and address issues from the department inbox and ServiceNow tickets daily, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Monitor and track the status of purchase orders, proactively addressing any discrepancies, delays, or other challenges.
• Use platforms such as Workday and AppZen to assist the Finance and Procurement teams in managing spend and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Assist the procurement team with operational improvements, changes to policies, procedures, and other process-related enhancements.
• Ensure that purchases align with departmental budgets and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
• Support Accounts Payable and Procurement teams with various ad-hoc projects and duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and purchasing role
• Proficiency in Workday& ServiceNow preferred, but not required.
• Strong Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• High business ethics, team player, ambitious, smart, coachable, great communicator.
• Ideal candidate will have career focused goals, and the work ethic to make those goals a reality.
