Job Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations
• Conduct online tax research
• Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals
• Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements
• Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets
• Build on strong coaching skills to mentor key talent
• Train, develop, and mentor Interns and Staff

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
• Certified Public Accountant (US) or qualified Chartered Accountant is a preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting in taxation or equivalent experience
• Experience with a wide variety of entity types
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Expert Knowledge o Go-systems, CCH Axcess, XCM, and Caseware preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Tech savvy & adaptable to changing work expectations
