1. Monitoring of Team (Branch Credit Manager)

a. Tracking their attendance, GRT planning

b. Daily planning vs achievement

2. Branch Visit and observation report

a. Visit their respective branches and send observed points (Branch, BCM, BM and

Field)

3. Sample Credit GRT with 100 % House visit (Minimum 10 When join Origination)

4. Field visit with BCM and observed his work procedure, knowledge check (And Report to

SCH).

5. Weekly GRT report review with BCM

6. Centre Meeting (Regular Collection meetings) Visits (Minimum 3 per branch in minimum 5

branches) (Try to visit GRTs done by BCM)

7. OD and PAR visit (Visit at least 20 customers of 30+ bucket)

8. Fraud identified by BCM, investigate them and solutions.

9. Branch Audit including cash audit (Branch level compliance, Register check, Receipt book

check)

10. Competitor visit.

11. Sending team and self-report to SCH.

12. Monthly reports (BCM KRA ratings, FRC, ACM location analysis, other companies demand

vs collection).

13. Training to newly joined BCMs on the job description (JD)

14. Refresher training on job description (JD) will be given to BCMs in every first week of the
