Sales Officer

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector, and be able to contribute to our growth by generating sales leads, managing relationships with clients, and driving business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and approach new customers, building strong relationships to generate new business.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Present and promote products and services to prospective clients through various sales channels (calls, meetings, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and product promotions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM software.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
• Good understanding of the local market trends in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with FMCG, Beverage industry.
