Job Description

The Software (CE-SW) group is responsible for developing and improving the software ecosystem around Arms next generation of applications processors and IP. This means working with processors and other hardware technology not yet available to the public. You will join a team of Software Engineers who share a passion for leaving their mark on the future of computing. You will be helping Arm grow and maintain a leading position with the Windows based Large Screen Compute market.

Responsibilities :
This role is about design, develop and maintain WHQL testing and certification of drivers and device frameworks.
Day-to-day activities will include:
  • Design and develop tests
  • Resolving issues reported by internal or external teams
  • Collaborate with firmware development teams


Required Skills & Experience:
  • Multiple years of experience with Microsoft WHQL
  • Advanced level of MS Windows OS knowledge
  • Experience with software testing under Microsoft Windows platform
  • Advanced experience with programming in Python and writing shell scripts
  • Coding experience in C and C++
  • Windows Driver Model (WDM) and Kernel-Mode Driver (KMDF) frameworks knowledge
  • Familiar with CI/CD and how to automate written tests
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and spoken English.


Nice To Have Skills and Experience:
  • Experience of software profiling, instrumentation, and optimization
  • Windows drivers development
  • Understanding ARM architecture
