Senior Design Engineer

In this role, you will be working in the following areas. Work on Memory architecture development in the latest technologies!. Transistor-level full-custom design and collaboration with the physical design team for layout realization.

Develop new design features and do circuit/layout optimizations to meet Performance, Power, and Area targets!. Lead memory design verification and characterization activities.

Ensure high-performance memory designs with the lowest possible power as needed for Arm CPUs, GPUs, and SOCs.

Required Skills and Experience. 5-8 years of proven experience in memory design. Strong interest and command on BASIC electronics [Diode, RC Circuits and CMOS etc]. Digital Electronics fundamentals [Flip-Flops, Latches, Decoders, Multiplexers].

Setup and hold time concepts. Memory fundamentals, especially for single-port-SRAM [Circuit design knowhow, including Bitcell, WL decoder, Sense Amp, Self-time, Assist, Low power features, DFT features]. Good understanding of technology trade-offs in deep sub-micron technologies. Self-motivated, hardworking, and positive outlook. Organized and exhibits attention to detail.

Nice To Have Skills and Experience. Understanding of advanced process technology nodes and layout implementation of memory products. Shell Scripting, ML, Automation.
