Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our design team. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong technical skills, and a keen interest in architecture and design. As a Design Assistant, you will work under the guidance of senior designers, contributing to the development of design concepts, preparation of presentations, and assisting in the creation of detailed architectural drawings and models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the conceptualization and development of design ideas for various projects.
• Support the design team in preparing design presentations, mood boards, and design documentation.
• Help in the preparation of architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Coordinate with the project team for design and technical details.
• Assist in research and sourcing of materials, finishes, and furniture.
• Prepare and review design proposals and documentation in collaboration with senior designers.
• Ensure design tasks are completed within the assigned timelines and project requirements.
• Maintain organized project files, sketches, and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 0-3 years of experience in an architectural design role (internships are considered).
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and design aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
