Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The QA will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products and services by testing and evaluating systems, software, and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and maintaining test cases, creating reusable test templates, creating test data, and thoroughly documenting defects detected during test execution
Familiarity with Black box testing, and Agile frameworks.
Must have knowledge and experience in working with different domains/services.
Testing web applications, mobile apps, web services (API), and Cross-browser testing.
Hands-on experience with Jmeter, Postman.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot bugs/errors as soon as they arise
Familiarity with certain bug-tracking and test-management tools
Good communication skills and a keen eye for details
An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
Working with cross-functional teams for ensuring quality throughout the SDLC
Sound knowledge of STLC, QA methodology, and project management.
Ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
Able to communicate with clients for any required demonstration or discussion of gap of existing bugs.
