- We are seeking a seasoned Business Manager with 5-7 years of experience, specifically in the Loan Against Property (LAP) domain, to manage and drive the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) vertical. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in handling DSA networks and a deep understanding of the Prime LAP sector.

- Applicants must possess exceptional communication, relationship management, and business development skills with a strong hold on the DSA ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Develop, manage, and expand the DSA network to achieve business goals in the Prime LAP segment. Identify and onboard new DSAs while nurturing relationships with existing partners. Generate leads through DSAs and ensure high-quality loan sourcing. Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales targets for Loan Against Property in the Prime LAP vertical. Strategize and execute plans to maximize loan disbursements and revenue.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of DSAs to ensure consistent achievement of targets. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and credit guidelines. Monitor the quality of loan applications sourced by DSAs and ensure adherence to underwriting norms.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the loan sourcing process. Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and collections, to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursements. Act as a bridge between the DSAs and internal stakeholders to resolve any queries or challenges. Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the LAP domain. Provide feedback and insights to senior management to refine business strategies.

- Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Loan Against Property (LAP) domain, particularly in the DSA vertical. Strong understanding of the Prime LAP market, including products, processes, and regulations. Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing DSA network. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
