About the Role (Full-time):

We are seeking an experienced PEB Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager (5 to 10 years) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil or structural engineering with a strong focus on Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. This role involves reviewing design, planning, and supervising the execution of PEB structures, ensuring that projects meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Detailing:

• Design Review and vendor-shop drawings approval

Project Planning & Management:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation for PEB structures.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time completion.

Quality Assurance & Site Supervision:

• Oversee and inspect installation and assembly of PEB components at project sites.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain quality control of materials and construction methods.

Coordination & Client Interaction:

• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project requirements.
• Address client queries and concerns regarding technical specifications and project progress.
• Provide updates and reports to clients and management as required.

Material Management:

• Oversee the selection of materials specific to PEB structures.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the project site.
• Verify the quality of received materials and ensure they meet project standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, inspections, and modifications.
• Prepare detailed project reports and submit them to senior management.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Experience : Minimum of 06-08 years in PEB engineering, with hands-on experience in design review and execution of PEB structures. Candidates having knowledge of working with high quality or fast pace project will be appreciated

Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Tekla, STAAD Pro, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and PEB components.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
