CONTENT MODERATOR

High-Level Overview

• Reporting to the Customer Success Manager
• Maintain Community Standards per the clients guidelines
• Moderate and action violations per clients guidelines
• Escalate emergent issues per clients guidelines
• Copy and paste information to players from client-side FAQs when appropriate
• Proactively communicate with CSM on emergent topics
• Record metrics and provide feedback to the CSM for weekly reports to the client
• Maintain knowledge of product and Terms of Service
• Shiftwork, may be offered over 24 hours in support of client’s 24/7 needs

Key Skills

• Prior experience in moderation is an asset, but this role is suited to all persons with requisite language skill
• Strong language comprehension skills are vital, able to address context and nuance in human expression
• Moderate to excellent written communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to flex and task switch rapidly, highly adaptable to evolving process and policy updates as they occur
• Avid Gamer experience is beneficial
• Deep desire to evolve career through excellence and evolution of skillsets

This role would be a Work From Home (WFH) opportunity and would be on a contract basis, please note that this is NOT a full time employment opportunity. The role would also require the applicants to have their own equipment (network connectivity, laptop, headphones etc.) meeting the Arise Standards.
