Job Title: Team Lead - US Tax & Accounting

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - US Tax & Accounting to join our team in Ahmedabad.

This role involves overseeing tax planning, preparation, and ensuring compliance with US tax laws.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of individual and business tax returns and will be responsible for leading a team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the tax preparation process for both individual and business clients.

- Prepare and review tax returns, including 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, 1041, 5471, and FinCEN tax forms.

- Ensure compliance with US federal and state tax laws and regulations.

- Assist in tax planning strategies to optimize financial efficiency for clients.

- Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline tax and accounting workflows.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

Education: CA (Chartered Accountant)

Experience:

- Minimum 3+ years in US tax preparation and accounting.

- Strong understanding of US tax codes, regulations, and financial planning.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in tax software and accounting tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
