Job Summary:

Join the IF (Water Park Equipment) division to support 2D drafting, 3D modeling, layout design, and new product development. Work on continuous improvement, CAPA, value engineering, prototype development, and design validation while adhering to global engineering standards and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or collaborate on key projects with clients, architects, consultants, and design teams.
• Perform 2D drafting and 3D modeling using SolidWorks, and complete park layouts/foundation details using AutoCAD.
• Release error-free, globally standardized 2D drawings with a focus on DFM, DFA, serviceability, and DFMEA.
• Develop physical prototypes for CAD validation and testing.
• Release accurate drawings, BOMs, and support product design/placement.
• Regularly review progress with managers/clients, and proactively visit manufacturing sites / factory / vendors etc.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (2D/3D) and AutoCAD.
• Strong skills in design, math, physics, and materials strength.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, 2D drafting, layout preparation, production drawing release, and GD&T.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly, material knowledge, and engineering fundamentals.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Team player, strong communication skills, proactive, adaptable, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
