Key skills for the job
The incumbent will be part of the Accounting, Finalisation and Taxation function in the Finance team which manages the following;
- Preparation of Financials and manage audits ( Statutary, Internal, Tax audit , Transfer Pricing audit etc.)
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate for the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Ensure month-end and year-end close process
- Manage and comply with statutory reporting requirements and tax filings (Direct and Indirect)
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Additional operational duties as necessary
Core Responsibilities:
The key result areas (KRAs):
- RBI Reporting
- Tax Calculations and Filings (Direct and Indirect)
- Co-ordination with auditors
- Internal MIS
Desired Skill Set:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Knowledge and experience of INDAS and GST is an added advantage
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
