Salesforce Lead Developer - Apex/Visual Force (5-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development process for Salesforce applications, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure project success.

- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented Apex code, leveraging object-oriented programming principles and leveraging the Salesforce platform effectively.

- Configure and customize Salesforce features and functionalities (e.g , workflows, automation, processes) to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and connected experiences.

- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed applications.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development team.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Salesforce platform and emerging technologies.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

- Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce development projects.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce object model (SOQL, SOSL), Apex programming language, and Visualforce development tools.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization (workflows, automation, processes).

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or other integration tools (e.g , Heroku Connect, MuleSoft) is a plus.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.

- Experience with Salesforce security best practices is a plus.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices (CI/CD) is a plus
