peb engineer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PEB Engineer to design, analyze, and manage the construction of pre-engineered steel buildings. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in structural engineering with a focus on PEB systems and will be responsible for providing technical support from conceptual design to final construction. You will work alongside architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the design and construction of high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient pre-engineered buildings.

1. Design & Analysis:
   
• Develop detailed structural designs for PEB systems, including steel frame structures, roofing, cladding, and foundation systems, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
• Perform structural analysis using software like STAAD Pro, Tekla, or SAP2000 for load calculations and optimization of materials.
• Conduct thorough reviews of design specifications, including dimensional drawings, structural layouts, and material lists.
2. Project Coordination:
   
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical input.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and construction teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of pre-engineered building components.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, identifying potential delays or issues and proposing corrective measures.
3. Material Selection:
   
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials, ensuring they meet project specifications while balancing cost, durability, and environmental impact.
• Ensure material procurement aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
4. Quality Control & Safety Compliance:
   
• Implement quality control checks during the design, manufacturing, and erection stages to ensure all components meet design and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process.
5. Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
   
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for material procurement, fabrication, and erection of PEB components.
• Work closely with project managers to track costs, identify budgetary discrepancies, and suggest cost-saving solutions.
