Job Description
- Manage mid to large size consulting projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies.
- Design, develop and execute solutions that align with the clients needs and objectives.
- Analyze industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients.
- Create detailed project plans outlining the scope, timeline, resources, and budget required to implement solutions successfully. Set realistic expectations and milestones for project progress.
- Provide knowledge transfer sessions for the clients staff to ensure they can effectively use and manage the implemented technologies.
- Advise clients on cybersecurity measures, data protection, and regulatory compliance requirements. Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, solution designs, configurations, and any modifications made.
EXPERIENCE:
- Must have experience in working in SAP S/4 HANA environment
- Business knowledge and process design skills in SAP Plant Maintenance
- Good familiarity with business processes relating to different sectors like Discreet manufacturing, Metals, Engineering and Steel etc
- Configuration and customizing as per the best practice of SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Configuration entire logistic master data: PM Materials, Assembly, Serial Number, BOM, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, PM Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans.
- Configuration of Breakdown Process, Corrective Maintenance Process, Performance Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Time Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Refurbishment Process, External Service Management Process, Calibration Process.
- Should have knowledge of RICEFW working knowledge on creation and the use of uploading tools like BDCs/LSMWs
- Business Process Integration with PP, MM, CO, FI.
- Interfacing with SAP third party systems
- Baseline understanding of full SAP ERP and related SAP software.
- Expertise in implementation project life-cycles including; blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support
EDUCATION:
- Required Bachelor Degree.
