Technical Lead - Full Stack Development (8-12 yrs)

Experience : Minimum 8 years in software development, 3+ years in a leadership role

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain high-performance digital platforms.

- Provide technical direction and guidance in architecture, design, and code reviews.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

- Ensure best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and automation.

- Drive the adoption of new technologies and architectures to improve performance and scalability.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions in an Agile environment

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in modern technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React, Java, etc.).

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.

- Proven ability to design scalable systems and architectures.

- Excellent understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment
