Roles and Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Streamline and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and manage stock movement.
- Quality Assurance & Quality Check: Implement quality control measures, ensure compliance with industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prioritizing Dispatch: Plan and execute dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 4-5 employees, delegate tasks, and ensure team efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and implement best practices.
- Risk Management: Predict potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years
- Industry Preference: Automobile or Manufacturing Industry
Qualifications
- Mandatory Qualification: BE Mechanical Engineer
- Preferred qualification : Certified in Operations Management
Soft Skills
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
- Prioritization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
- Predictive Planning & Analytical skills: Strong foresight to anticipate requirements and operational needs.
- Vigilance & Proactiveness: Sharp observation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Mediation & Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate discussions and resolve conflicts smoothly.
- Good Organisational skills: Good ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
