Role & responsibilities
.
- Travel to the various property sites & conduct property audits to analyze collateral risk &
manage quality real estate portfolio of organization.
- Should Look after the Technical inspection for the property offered as security for loan - land and building.
- Assessing market value of the property based on the visit conducted and preparation of detailed technical valuation reports with property photos, location sketch etc.
