Hiring for Area Sales Manager for Kannur, Calicut & Chennai Location.
JOB DESCRIPTION - ASM
Reporting to whom: Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing
1. To manage sales of existing and new products in assigned region.
2. To manage the channel and project sales.
3. Channel Prospecting and working on Channel appointments
4. Project Prospecting and doing detailed Specifications and closures
5. Regular Revenue creation and managing and maintaining a full cycle in coordination with Backend.
6. Meet & exceed sales goals by growing revenues through existing & new accounts.
7. To ensure achievement of business plan with profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, channel management, and demand generation.
8. Be a team player & independently contribute by managing & growing existing & new channel network through display, branding & demand servicing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receiving the incoming order from the customer and ensuring timely processing of the same.
a) Evaluation/correction / processing of purchase order received from the customer.
b) To oversee the coordination of order with PPC / Backend Team
c) To get the Performance Invoice (PI) issued to the customer.
d) To oversee the issue of Factory Order
1. Track & coordinate on advance payment and follow-up payment from the customer as per the agreed payment schedules
2. Arranging and dispatching of samples and maintaining the data of what order âs was received against the sample
3. Coordinating with Branding and designing and manufacturing department for new catalogue development.
4. Maintaining all the records for claim and settlement
5. Advising the team and resolving the queries as and when required.
Qualifications: Degree (Bachelors & Masters) Any Graduate
Experience (Laminate Industry)
Knowledge
1. Great understanding of business functions.
2. Planning marketing strategies & advertising campaigns
3. Working knowledge of data analysis
4. Customer Service Management
