Hiring For Area Sales Manager - Gold Loans

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets for Gold Loan products.
2. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Gold Loan products, features, and benefits.
3. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
4. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
5. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance and team activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in Gold loans.
• Education: Any graduate.
• Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of Gold Loans products.
