Job Description

About the Role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our home loan business within your assigned territory. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with our lending partners (banks and NBFCs) to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Home Loan Sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead Conversion: Oversee the process of converting Home Loan leads into successful loan disbursals. This includes ensuring a smooth transition for both team members and clients throughout the entire sales process.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets for your assigned area.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks and NBFCs within your territory. Collaborate closely with them to streamline loan processing, resolve any issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, assess competitor activity, and stay updated on industry trends in the home loan sector.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of your sales team, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training to improve their skills and achieve optimal results.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a sales team is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian home loan market and its various products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
