Roles and Responsibilities:
▪ Handle channel partner sales and direct customer sales activities effectively.
▪ Build and maintain relationships with reliable and financially sound channel partners to enhance market penetration.
▪ Develop strategies to enter new markets and identify untapped growth opportunities.
▪ Work closely with channel partners to maximize business potential and improve addressability.
Team Management & Target Setting:
▪ Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
▪ Guide and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Payment Collection & Reporting:
▪ Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
▪ Provide regular sales performance reports and insights into market trends.
▪ Establish partnerships with reliable channel partners to reinforce brand visibility and market presence.
▪ Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities to grow the business in existing and new markets.
Customer Engagement:
▪ Drive new business development initiatives by engaging with existing and potential customers.
▪ Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile:
▪ B.Sc in Any Specialization or I.T.I, B.Tech/B.E. in Production, Industrial, Mechanical, or Metallurgy. MBA preferred, with proven experience in channel sales, distributor sales, or industrial product sales.
▪ 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales and team management.
▪ Prior experience with industrial customers, hardware markets, and industrial product dealers is highly desirable.
▪ Fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language is essential.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong convincing abilities.
▪ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
▪ Logical thinker, self-starter, and proactive approach with high energy levels.
▪ Strong planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
▪ Ability to think innovatively while managing hands-on tasks.
▪ Willingness to travel extensively to meet channel partners and customers.
▪ Age Criteria: 32-38 years.
