Area Sales Manager ( Fresh Milk Products ) Punjab & H.P.

Location: Punjab, Himachal Pradesh

SMC Foods ( Madhusudan ) is seeking an experienced ASM to lead our Fresh Milk Products division.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in developing and managing infrastructure for fresh milk products, including milk, lassi, buttermilk, paneer, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the dairy industry and experience working in the states of Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for expanding our fresh milk products business in Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh

- Design and establish new infrastructure for fresh milk products, including manufacturing, logistics, and distribution

- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Requirements:

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the dairy industry, specifically in fresh milk products

- Proven track record of success in developing and managing infrastructure for fresh milk products

- Strong knowledge of the dairy industry in Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh

- Excellent leadership and management skills

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, revenue, and market share for fresh milk products.

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and improve customer relationships.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.

Analyze sales data to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
