Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Aftermarket)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales of 2-wheeler auto components in Bangalore & Chennai surrounding regions. The role focuses on managing distributors, retailers, and mechanics to achieve sales goals and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development:
   
• Meet sales targets (primary and secondary) in the assigned area.
• Appoint new distributors in underdeveloped areas.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and orders.
2. Channel Management:
   
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and mechanics.
• Promote products and boost sales through marketing efforts.
• Visit retailers and mechanics regularly to drive secondary sales.
3. Market Intelligence:
   
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Submit daily activity and market feedback reports.

Experience and Skills:

• Work Experience: 2 to 4 years in the 2-wheeler auto parts industry
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and mechanics.

Additional Requirements:

• Travel: Willing to travel up to 21 days a month.
• Communication: Good reporting and interpersonal skills.
