Area Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
  
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase primary and secondary sales through distributors, general trade, and modern retail channels.
  
• Conduct regular ROI analysis to optimize product mix and improve profitability.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers to drive growth.
  
• Ensure effective channel distribution management, including inventory control and logistics coordination.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-16 years of experience in FMCG/Retail/Fashion/Footwear sales or related field.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an area sales role.
  
• Strong understanding of business development principles and ability to apply them effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong customer relationships at all levels.
