Understanding of CRM - Salesforce.com
Monitoring Performance suggest corrective Action for:

Required Qualifications and Experience
Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA - Finance/ Mktg
With relevant experience of 4-5 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
Should have 2-3 Year of experience in Lending.
Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers colleagues across the company.
Excellent Team management Interpersonal Skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
