Position: Title Searcher / Senior Title Searcher

Shifts: Day shift - 2 vacancies, Night shift - 4 vacancies

Compensation: Depends on the current CTC and work experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct title searches using tools such as Netronline, Data Trace, Data Tree, Title Points, and other relevant platforms.
• Perform and analyze current owner, two-owner, and lien searches.
• Execute limited and property searches with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in title search tools and methodologies.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Expertise in title search tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to varying shifts.
