JD - Senior Full stack Developer

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us develop web applications for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Architecting and design scalable and developing complex web applications and services using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and technical specifications.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.
• Implementing complex web interfaces, and leading server-side development projects
• Leading and participating in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards
• Implementing and overseeing automated testing strategies to maintain code integrity and reliability
• Troubleshooting, resolving complex technical issues, and having expert-level problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop micro services based applications
• Ability to handle multiple clients and stakeholders simultaneously. Proven experience in client management or account management roles.
• Needs to be organized, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in a team
• Mentoring junior developers, and providing technical guidance

SKILLS:

Required Skill.

Frontend (Angular) Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Angular (versions 16 or above) and TypeScript
• Component lifecycle management
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Cross-browser compatibility
• Responsive design principles
• Angular CLI for project setup and management
• State management (NgRx, RxJS)
• Angular Material or similar UI frameworks

Backend (Node.js) Skills:

• Express.js and Node.js framework expertise
• RESTful API design and implementation
• Authentication/Authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Database integration and ORM usage (TypeORM, Sequelize)
• API testing (Jest, Mocha)

Database Knowledge:

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Cockroach DB or equivalent in cluster configuration
• PostgreSQL/MySQL for relational data
• Database design and optimization

Development Tools & Practices:

• Version Control and branch management
• Bit Bucket or GIT workflow expertise
• Code review practices
• npm/yarn package management
• Webpack/build tools

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins as well as CI/CD for deploying and scaling web applications.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of web security best practices and how to prevent common security vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques to enhance website speed and user experience.
• Good experience in structured & unstructured data management products with large-scale systems and data platforms
• Ability to work with Agile methodologies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters or bachelor degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
• 6 to 8 years of experience in software development
