IPQA Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

1.In- process monitoring and analysis of manufacturing and packing activities of Tablets and
Capsules.

2.Ensure compliance to cGMP Regulations, established SOPs., FO/MI and PO/PI and for all
operational activities, area and equipment.

3. Perform QA review of executed batch production records and ensure the submission of Batch
production records in the document cell.

4.Calibration and maintaining documentation of In-process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
instruments.

5.Data backup activities of IPQA instruments as per defined SOP frequency.

6.Monitor the environmental conditions mentioned in the batch production record and SOP.

7. Reviewing Master Batch Manufacturing Records and Master Batch Packing Records.

Issuance of Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Packing Records, logbooks and archival of
documents.
