• Master plan concept drawings block placement, checking setbacks, parking numbers, tentative saleable area etc.
• Preparing conceptual drawings: site layout, architecture plans, parking layouts, interior plans etc. 3. Preparing pre-working drawings, site plan with parking numbers, architecture plans, door window schedule, interior layouts, electrical layouts, flooring patterns, toilet details etc.
• Sending pre-working drawing to municipal architect to prepare sanction drawings and once sanction drawing ready, checking the same, before submission.
• Releasing pre-working drawings to Engg. Team, after approval from GM architecture.
• Providing data for MOEF- floor plans, site plans, sanction drawings, parking numbers, area calculations etc. for MOEF.
• Providing data to legal team for RERA, such as floor plans, site plans, area calculations, specifications etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any B. Arch with minimum 4 years of experience preferably in group housing projects or interior fit outs
• Software knowledge -Auto-cad, Revit, MS office, power point.
