Work with property owners or developers to list properties for sale or rent.
Prepare detailed property descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants..
Conduct research and market analysis to identify suitable properties for clients based on their criteria.
Show properties to clients and provide information about each one to help them make informed decisions..
Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to negotiate property prices and terms.
Ensure that both parties reach a mutually satisfactory agreement..
Use various marketing techniques, both online and offline, to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants..
Handle administrative duties, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing property databases..
