Archer Systems - Assistant Manager - Corporate Accounting (2-3 yrs)

- Will be strong liaison between India team & US team.

- Planning, directing, & coordinating all accounting activities including but not limited to ensure smooth month end closing activity from Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Monthly Accruals & account reconciliations.

- Maintains and enforces a documented system of accounting policies, procedures and internal safeguards

- Evaluating Accounting and internal control systems

- Oversee the operations of the accounting function, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.

- Train, develop and lead the accounting team with the goal of maximizing the strengths of each team member to create an efficient, high functioning team.

- Provide service to internal and external clients by addressing inquiries regarding invoicing/payments/aging status

- Develop & publish reporting metrics of KPIs.

- Integrate analysis with balance of Finance team to ensure consistent financial view across the organization.
