Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage site operations, including labor control, contractor billing, and quantity estimation.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction, road construction).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.
  
• Proficiency in construction supervision, site engineering, site execution, site management, site operations.
