JOB PROFILE

• Title - Insolvency Associate
• Title: Insolvency Professionals
• Location: New Delhi
• Remuneration - Based on experience and skillset.
• Monday to Friday (No weekends)
• Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (India time)

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience of assisting Resolution Professionals in Corporate Insolvency / Liquidation in accordance with IBC 2016.
• Should be well-versed with the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)/Liquidation process.
• Qualified Company Secretary or Chartered Accountant or other financial / accounting professional.
• Experience in analysis of financial statements, tax returns and other financial records.
• Experience and aptitude in forensic accounting.
• Keen interest in a career in the emerging professional field of the Insolvency Professionals and to learn the Insolvency Law of Australia.
• A sincere person willing to own responsibility, learn and put-in the required hard work to execute the entrusted projects/assignments independently.
• Proficient in verbal and writing skills in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Daily maintenance of Personal Insolvency Appointment in Australia, in particularly Bankruptcy, Section 188 administration and Personal Insolvency Agreement administrations.
• Preparing statutory reports to creditors.
• Conducting statutory investigations including identifying voidable transactions under the Insolvency Law of Australia.
• Realising assets which are vested in Trustee in Bankruptcy.
• Corresponding with debtors and third parties.
• Adjudicating claims from creditors.
• Reporting to Trustee in Bankruptcy and other staff members in Sydney office in relation to the various personal insolvency appointments.
• Any other tasks relating to the administration of personal insolvency appointments.

Education

UG: Any Graduate, LLB in Law

PG: Any Postgraduate, CA
