Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Director cum Principal role at Aravali College of Engineering & Management, Faridabad. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the institution, providing leadership, and fostering a conducive learning environment for students, faculty & staff members to ensure the overall success and growth of the college.

Role & responsibilities :

Leadership, Management, and Communication skills

Experience in higher education administration

Budgeting and Financial management skills

Curriculum development and assessment expertise

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Ph.D. in Engineering or related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in academia.

Publication records and research contributions are a plus.

Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational institution.

Responsible for AICTE/UGC/NAAC/University and other higher education functions.

Salary as per UGC/AICTE norms.
