Job Purpose

As an HR Intern, you will assist the Human Resources team in delivering effective people solutions for the assigned Business Unit (BU). This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance

management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Support the recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

2. HR Compliance and Documentation:

• Assist in maintaining HR compliance records and updating relevant dashboards.
• Support the tracking and execution of SLAs for HR processes.

3. Employee Engagement:

• Participate in organizing engagement activities and employee forums to maintain effective connections at the ground level.

4. Performance Management:

• Assist in driving the performance management cycle, including tracking performance improvement plans (PIPs).

5. HR Policies and Practices:

• Act as a point of contact for resolving employee queries related to HR policies and practices.
• Provide support in talent development initiatives.
