Job Description
- Test Case Development - Assist in designing and developing test cases to ensure our software is high-quality.
- Manual Testing - Perform hands-on testing to identify bugs and issues in software applications, documenting any defects.
- Automated Testing - Learn and contribute to automation efforts, using testing tools and scripts to streamline the process.
- Quality Assurance Processes - Gain experience in QA processes and methodologies, helping to ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with developers to communicate issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of QA methodologies , tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to pinpoint and address issues.
- Soft Skills:
- Keen attention to detail - You spot issues others might overlook.
- Organized and able to manage tasks efficiently.
- Clear communicator - You can share findings and feedback effectively with the team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Have experience or interest in using AI-driven testing tools to optimize testing workflows.
- Know how to automate testing using code to streamline and speed up the QA process.
- Are familiar with performance testing and ensuring software stability under different conditions.
- Have a strong interest in leveraging AI tools to optimize testing strategies and tasks.
