Job Description
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units to understand and document their requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business needs.
Management Information System (MIS) Selection:
Analyze and evaluate potential MIS solutions that meet the group s business requirements.
Make informed recommendations for selecting the most suitable MIS platform.
CRM and ERP Integration:
Lead the integration of CRM and ERP systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement and configure CRM and ERP solutions, specifically Odoo, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Plan.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Project Management:
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Coordinate with IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and support.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new systems.
Develop training materials and documentation for ongoing support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience 6-8 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within the digital media and marketing industry.
Strong expertise in CRM and ERP integration, with hands-on experience in Odoo, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Plan.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Project management experience is a plus.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
